- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect goods and services, including sourcing, tendering, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and assist in developing procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and vendor evaluation to identify potential suppliers and maintain a qualified and competitive supplier base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues or disputes.
- Monitor market trends and changes in pricing, recommending cost-saving initiatives and alternative suppliers when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations and implement appropriate measures to enhance supplier performance and service quality.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including vendor contracts, pricing agreements, and other relevant documentation.
- Provide procurement-related advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, fostering a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement or related categories.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, tendering processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value for the organization.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
