- Support media engagement and pitching efforts, coordinating logistics and handling media enquiries with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of crisis communications learning programs and support issue/crisis management efforts.
- Drive media and social monitoring tools and metrics to inform communications strategies.
- Coordinate and translate corporate communications materials in both Chinese and English.
- Manage content for the corporate website and LinkedIn account to ensure timely and relevant updates.
- Maintain stakeholder databases, track departmental budgets and performance, and support administrative tasks.
- You’re fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills that help you connect across cultures.
- You bring 2+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or journalism—ideally within travel, hospitality, or a PR agency setting.
- You’re a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong project management and problem-solving skills, and you build relationships with ease.
- You’re proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and you know how to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- You’re passionate about storytelling and have a knack for creating content that resonates with diverse audiences.
