Our client is a renowned company in Tourism industry. They are seeking a Customer Service Officer - B2C to join the dynamic team.Responsibilities:
  • Professionally manage phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from members and clients, providing effective solutions.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to members and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee all administrative tasks related to membership.
  • Prepare monthly billing and reports promptly.
  • Carry out any additional tasks as assigned.
  • Shift duties required (8:30am - 5pm or 10am - 7pm).
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above
  • Preferred experience in customer service related duties, B2C would be a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese (N1 level preferred, N2 would be considerd).
