- Professionally manage phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from members and clients, providing effective solutions.
- Provide high-quality customer service to members and other stakeholders.
- Oversee all administrative tasks related to membership.
- Prepare monthly billing and reports promptly.
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned.
- Shift duties required (8:30am - 5pm or 10am - 7pm).
- Diploma or above
- Preferred experience in customer service related duties, B2C would be a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese (N1 level preferred, N2 would be considerd).
