Senior/Deputy Settlement Manager(Settlement Management/Fintech/Brokage)

• Handle securities settlement and fund transfers across Hong Kong and overseas markets, covering equities, funds, futures, options, FX and derivatives.
• Ensure settlement processes are accurate, timely and compliant with SFC and HKEX requirements.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of trades, cash and positions, and follow up on any discrepancies with counterparties and custodians.
• Handle corporate actions (mandatory & voluntary), IPO subscriptions, placements, stock borrowing & lending (SBL) and repo transactions.
• Communicate with internal teams and external parties on settlement-related issues, and provide solutions to operational problems.
• Support operational procedure review, system enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Participate in system implementation, UAT and ad-hoc projects when required.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant settlement/operations experience in the brokerage industry.
• Familiar with CCASS, DCASS, and settlement operations in HK and overseas markets.
• Knowledge of virtual asset / cryptocurrency settlement is an advantage.
• Proficient in settlement systems, trade lifecycle management and MS Excel.
• Detail-minded, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Flexible to work shift duties or public holidays if required.
