- Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the servicing team to deliver high-quality, timely administrative services. Take ownership of cultivating strong relationships with existing clients to ensure business retention.
- Service Excellence: Ensure the team delivers "Best-in-Class" service, efficiently handling inquiries and responding to customers and business partners professionally.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and business partners through regular visits, interaction and follow-ups.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints by identifying potential solutions and implementing recommendations to prevent recurrence within workflows.
- Team Guidance: Provide guidance and solutions to team members for handling complex or challenging cases.
- Project Support: Coordinate and support ad-hoc projects or assignments aimed at enhancing business initiatives.
- eMPF Engagement: Stay informed about eMPF changes, providing employers with effective solutions for ongoing engagement and adaptation.
- Degree / diploma holder
- IA license, MPF license, LOMA qualifications would be an advantage
- People oriented with tactful customer service skills and good problem-solving abilities
- Self-motive, well organized and attentive to details. Mature and able to work independently under pressure
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to work with counter partners
- Strong PC skills in MS office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in both English and Chinese, both spoken and written
