About Our ClientOur client is a listed company with a diverse business portfolio in Hong Kong and China. They now seek an experienced C&B talent to join their Hong Kong office.Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of HR, you will play a major role in developing and managing C&B initiatives for a range of business portfolio in Hong Kong and China. You will work closely with the respective HRBPs to understand the business needs, targets and outcomes they would like to achieve and issues to address, and utilize the HR data to propose data driven solutions and incentive schemes. You will recommend and implement a competitive C&B structure that reflects local needs and corporate guidelines. You will also be involved in the alignment of corporate C&B strategies, policy review, processes & systems , performance management , annual salary & bonus review, off cycle retention packages and budgeting programs. In addition, you will partner with the HRIS division to drive further process improvement for the C&B and performance management modules.The Successful ApplicantDegree qualified, you will have a minimum of 16-18 years of C&B experience preferably with sizable corporations with exposure to Hong Kong and China markets. A background in developing and implementing C&B strategies, incentive and bonus systems, performance management system at a regional capacity will be highly sought after. You will possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills and be able to win the respect of internal stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese will be essential.
