We will rely on you to:

Work with team members and stakeholders to build a strong risk management culture across the site
Organise and delivery occupational health and work injury management briefings/refreshment trainings to site contractors and/or workers.
Attend to on-site injured workers and work with site nurse to provide first-aid or pre-hospital care.
To provide high standard and timely on-site initial accident investigation services in accordance with the agreed with established procedures and/or any specific services standards.
To communicate and liaise with all related parties include both on-site and office claims team, medical team, lawyers, adjusters and thirty party service providers.
To assist in improving quality and efficiency of work, including workflow, claims system, and claims reports within JLT Claims Division.
To actively follow up all Employees’ Compensation claims and update JLT web-based claims management system that ensures no delay.
To provide clerical and claims servicing support to Claims Managers.

What you need to have:

At least 3 to 6 years’ relevant on-site OSH and/or accident investigation working experience, preferably in handling Employees’ Compensation claims.
ANZIIF (senior associate) qualification or equivalent level of Insurance qualification holder preferable.
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency speaking Putonghua is preferred
Good knowledge of insurance and claims investigation
Ability to work in a team environment
Good interpersonal and relationship development skills
PC literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working in a loss adjusting firm is an advantage.
