Job Description Responsibilities
  • Assist the Event and Product team in formulating tourism products and third-party events promotion strategy
  • Prepare write-ups for events and provide routine administrative support to the team, including tasks such as database management, website maintenance, warehouse logistics, product assessments, and promotion support
  • Support and assist marketing partnership programmes by coordinating logistics arrangements with internal and external parties to maximize awareness of events and products
  • Update and maintain regular checkups on the system to ensure accurate, timely, and up-to-date information for visitors
  • Research and monitor the latest progress of tourism-related developments on a regular basis
  • Providing on-site support for all events
  • Support and handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 1-year of experience in the Tourism industry, Event, Promotion
  • Fresh Graduates with related part-time or internship experience will also be considered
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills and detail-minded
  • Ability to work independently, handle complex and repetitive tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Immediate availability is preferable
