Insurance Operation Analyst

- Process new business applications, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Review and verify policy data, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the administration and processing of insurance claims, including data entry, documentation, and communication with adjusters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records in the company's systems.
- Respond to inquiries from agents, brokers, and internal departments regarding policy status, procedures, and operational processes.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in an insurance operations, administration, or back-office role.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, terminology, and policy lifecycle preferred.
- Proficiency in using insurance management systems and CRM software.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
