QA Engineer - Lighting/Seasonal

• Develop and implement quality control processes for assigned categories.
• Conduct supplier audits and factory inspections, primarily in Asia, to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Review and verify product specifications, test reports, and certifications to meet EU, US, and other international regulations (e.g., CE, UL, RoHS).
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform sample testing and coordinate with third-party testing labs to validate product safety and performance.
• Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, non-conformances, and supplier performance metrics.
• Work with sourcing and logistics teams to ensure quality standards align with delivery schedules and cost targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in domestic appliances.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control, ideally in lighting or seasonal.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards and regulatory requirements for appliances.
• Experience working with Asian suppliers and conducting factory audits in the region.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally for supplier visits and inspections as needed.
