- Provide system setup, support and administration
- Ensure all the services are delivered on time and aligned with the Service Level Agreement
- Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
- Assist with the implementation of IT projects
- Maintain operation & support procedures, server and IT asset inventory
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Non-office hours support required
- Hands-on experience in Server, SAN, Windows, Linux, Hyper-V, VMWare and Veeam
- Experience in router & switch management
- Knowledge in pPwershell and Linux scripting
- Well organized and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
- Prefer/Nice to have experience and/or certifications on Azure/AWS/GCP/AliCloud
