The Bank's slogan of 'For Personalized Service' and 'All in a Family' denotes the Bank's devotion to providing personalized services to its clients and promoting a harmonious relationship among its staff members.Responsibilities:Manage daily settlement operations for local and foreign shares, Futures and Options (CCASS and DCASS operations).Handle enquiries and corporate actions regarding securities, Futures and Options.Ensuring all activities comply with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.Keep abreast of HKMA / SFC’s regulatory requirements and recommend workflow / system enhancement initiatives.Participate in new product or system enhancement projects, including UAT and procedural manual updates.Requirements:Post-secondary educated or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.Minimum 3 years of experience in settlement operations of Stocks, Futures and Options.Familiar with CCASS / DCASS terminal and competent in performing UAT.Sound knowledge in Virtual Asset trading and project management experience in supporting settlement-related system development is an advantage.Proven supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused, well-organized with attention to detail.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.We offer competitive remuneration commensurate with candidate’s background.
