With top-flight technological facilities and an integrated community, Taikoo Place is a thriving hub of 10 interconnected office towers that has seen continuous upgrading and expansion. Our team is professional in property management of comprehensive development and providing quality services to our tenants and creating added value for our investments.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor and oversee the daily operations and administration of the Property Management Team
  • Implement routine procedures and address tenant issues by coordinating with various parties
  • Handle incidents and complaints in a logical and effective manner
  • Liaise with outsourced contractors and vendors to ensure they can deliver excellent services
  • Coordinate with different parties to meet operational requirements
  • Provide on-the-job training and oversee team recruitment matters
  • Supervise renovation or decoration activities to ensure strict adherence to safety standards and compliance with house rules
  • Take prompt action in emergencies as they arise, guiding subordinates to handle situations efficiently and report incidents in a timely manner
  • Conduct surprise night check of the team on a monthly basis
REQUIREMENTS
  • Form 7 or above, preferably with formal training in Property Management and security
  • Minimum 7 years’ experiences with at least 5 years at supervisory level in both Property Management and security
  • Strong supervisory, problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer skills on MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Professional qualification with Institute of Housing or holder of PMP (Tier 2) license preferred
  • Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit is required; first aid certificate is an advantage
  • Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Office
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
