Our client is a new premium European sports brand, to support their rapid growth in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a candidate who is experienced in retail and also passionate in sports to join their energetic and dynamic team.Responsibilities:Following with the company's standards, supervise all store employees to maintain high-quality services and customer-orientedProvide leadership to the store team including recruitment, coaching, training and performance managementEnsure store merchandising standards are adhered to including visual merchandising expectationsBuilding strong relationship with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership membersLead different meetings to deepen team's understanding of their work and improve performance, as well as be an active part in cross-functional meetings to get understanding and supportResponsible for self-growth and development, and able to proactively formulate your own development action plan with Store ManagerAble to challenge existing processes and be stretched up for challengesRequirements:At least 3 - 5 years experience in a customer-oriented setting with managerial responsibilitiesPrevious experience in leading a large team to drive business outcomesExceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staffA team player with strong interpersonal and communication skillsNative Chinese speaker with ability to read and write in English fluentlySports lover with regular exercise habits and passionRetail operational experience in the sports or fashion industry is preferredCandidates with more experienced will be considered as Store ManagerAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
