- Arrange site visit for all potential guests.
- Prepare event proposal, confirmation letter and reports.
- Conduct sales call and sales blitz.
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ hotel experience in which at least 2 years in similar capacity.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated team player, proactive and aggressive
- Initiative and commitment to professional values
- Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Opera system, Microsoft Office applications, Chinese word processing.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Catering Sales Manager
