Elicit the requirements of project stakeholders and transform them into a thorough technical requirement definition for developers
Create user journey and stories for agile delivery by documenting precise pre-project system behaviour/business process discovery specifications
Define test strategy, create test plan and manage testing team to ensure product meets requirements and objectives
Conduct systems training to users

Requirements

7+ years of experience working as a business analyst on digital transformation projects
1 headcount for Policy Admin / 1 headcount for Distribution Channels
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
Strong PC skills and have a good understanding of SQL
Able to give good and concise verbal explanation to complex problems
Experienced in writing Business Requirements for IT teams
Experienced in Agile Delivery
