Responsibilities:Assist to provide/support services to clients and end users of workarounds or solving applications & systems usage, problems and/or issuesCoordinate with and lead other support parties or IT vendors of solving the problems or issuesCommunicate with management, clients and end users on support progress and resultsProvide documentation services, e.g. maintain Support Operation Guide, IT inventory list, Problem/Issue Log, Change Request Report, etc.Perform IT services of hardware/software installation, configurations, PC support, backup/restore, security updates, patch management, software licenses updates, testing and UAT, etc.Requirements:Diploma holder or above in IT related disciplinesAt least 1 year of working experience in related IT fieldsGood command of English and ChineseCantonese and English speakingMandarin speaking is favorableOvertime work will be requiredCandidate with less experience would be considered as Service EngineerFresh Graduates are welcomeAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
