
Assistant Manager, Product Marketing

- Participate in product launch/revamp/maintenance projects by producing high-quality, customer-centric product brochures, leaflets, videos, sales tools and website content on time for both the HK and Macau regions, as well as for the bank channel.
- Implement promotional campaigns with good quality under tight timeline. Liaise and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the campaigns are properly delivered to customers, agents and bank partner.
- Commit to customer-centric communications to drive simplicity and clarity in all customer-facing marketing materials. Work closely with external creative agencies/suppliers to develop impactful and professional materials with customer-friendly design and layout.
- Prepare professional and eye-catching PowerPoint presentations for internal/external use regularly.
- Support team budget management.
- Degree holder, preferably major in Marketing/Communications/Business
- Minimum 4 years of related experience
- Proven experience in developing promotional materials, product brochures and sales tools as well as coordinating product launch campaigns
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under tight timeline in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong ability to understand customers’ needs and translate the technical product information to customer-friendly language
- Detail-oriented and with a can-do spirit, willing to take initiative and learn new skills
- Familiar with AI tools for desktop research and content creation
- Strong interpersonal/negotiation skills
- Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
