about the company.Our client is a SFC Type 1, 4 and 9 licensed company who is looking for a lawyer to join the team and support the expanding businessabout the job.
  • Provide legal support to the transactions including debt capital markets, structured finance, private equity, fund raising, etc.
  • Provide day-to-day legal support to the operation of the SFC Type 1, 4 and 9 business
  • Provide training and manage external legal resources
...skills & experiences required.
  • 3-6 PQE with Common law jurisdiction qualified is preferred
  • Experience from reputable law firm or relevant financial institutions
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
