ERP Trainer ~ MNC in-house(27K)

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees on the upgraded ERP system, ensuring their proficiency in utilizing the system effectively.

• Develop training materials such as user manuals, operation guides, and presentation slides to support the training process.

• Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to employees, addressing queries and resolving issues encountered during ERP usage.

• Work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system and collaborate on technical solutions.

• Continuously evaluate the training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to the training content and approach based on feedback and performance results.

• Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input and recommendations on enhancing the ERP system and training programs.

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with strong communication skills and the ability to present training content effectively.

• 1-3 years of experience in ERP systems, with a solid understanding of ERP functionalities and operations.

• Experience in training roles, with a proven ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Knowledge of ERP systems or relevant industry experience would be an advantage.
• Experience in project management or leading teams would be beneficial.
