Our client, a Chinese banking is now urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team.工作職責
  • Provide phone banking services to customers including handling of product enquiries, banking services & financial / investment transactions
  • Deliver quality services to customers through inbound and outbound calls from different channel, including telephone, email, video-call, online text and fax
  • Provide after-sale services to diverse customer types
  • Address customer feedback / complaints professionally and escalates issues when necessary to prevent potential churn
  • Drive a successful customer experience at varied skill levels
  • Assist the superiors in implementing the implementation in accordance with the unit development guidelines and policies
工作要求
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • IIQE and HKSI holder will be an advantage
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience in banking / financial institutions
  • Good understanding of retail banking products and sounds knowledge in regulatory requirement
  • Independent, self-motivated and customer-centric
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese inputs
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
