Responsibilities:· Handle full set shipping documents such as sales order, purchase order, invoices, packing list etc· Arrange cargo bookings and trade declarations· Co-ordinate with customer, factory and forwarder for shipment arrangement· Follow up order with customer and vendors· Perform ad-hoc duties as requestedRequirements:· F.5 graduate· At least 2 years relevant working experience· Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin· Good PC skills. such as Excel, Word and Chinese Input Processing· Mature, hard working and good sense of responsibility· Immediate available is preferred· Alt.
