Ideal for fresh graduates in IT or Computer Science, this role offers hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and project coordination, strong communication and problem-solving skills are a plus.Job Duties

Provide first-level technical support for hotel staff and guests, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues
Assist with setup and configuration of IT equipment and user accounts for daily operations and new employee onboarding
Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of computers, servers, and network devices
Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, system updates, and network devices
Support hotel staff in using IT systems effectively and contribute to basic training materials
Assist the MIS Manager with IT projects, including coordination, testing and progress tracking

Job RequirementsThe Non-Negotiables (Must-Have)

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Fresh Graduates are welcome

Basic knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
