  • Provision of quality property management services with prompt response, tenancy administration and cost control
  • Preparation of budgets;
  • Ensuring DMC, BMO and management agreements are properly implemented;
  • Attending I.O. meetings and following up requirements of owners / clients, etc.
  • Liaison with clients, Onwers and contractors, etc.
  • Implement the actions as specified in ISO
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree holder or above in property management or related disciplines;
  • Member of CIH / HKIH is preferred or other recognized professional bodies;
  • Holder of PMP License (Tier 1);
  • 7 years or above relevant experience in property management of which 2 years should be at managerial level;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Handling crisis and emergencies effectively
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Manager
