  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Preparing financial reports and assisting with month-end closing activities.
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assisting in the reconciliation of accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Monitoring expenses and providing recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Contributing to the preparation of audit documentation as required.
Profile
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software MYOB and Microsoft Excel.
  • An understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
