About Our ClientOur Client is a well known Company with own brands and client services.Job DescriptionYou have to develop a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and goals of the acquisition. Working closely with the Group CFO and senior management, you will develop and implement detailed integration plans in terms of systems, processes, and operations, proactively identify and address change management needs, monitor and track risks throughout the integration, coordinate and lead cross-functional teams by maximizing synergies to ensure smooth cultural integration and minimizing disruption to business operations.The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. CPA is a plus
Over 10 years of experience in business integration and transformation, with a focus on post-acquisition integration projects.
Strong track record in project management, successfully leading multiple workstreams and motivating cross-functional teams.
Solid knowledge of ERP systems, preferably in Oracle.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, with excellent interpersonal skills.
