-Initiate and execute merchandising strategies of Hong Kong & Macau to align with Global and Regional guidelines
-Analyze clients buying behavior for better understanding of the market ˆ™
-Conduct product performance analysis and propose incentive or product push to the boutiques for performance improvement and business maximization
-Monitor the stock level for each product line closely and propose strategy to reach optimum level
-Participate in buying trip to provide quantitative and qualitative feedback and support other coordination work
-Attend seasonal buying sessions in Paris to ensure best merchandise is purchased at appropriate quantities to achieve targeted sales projections and sell-through
-Prepare sales forecast on productsskills & experiences required.
-Bachelor's degree in purchasing, or other related field preferred
-Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in brand management, merchandising, or related roles, preferably in the luxury retail industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-Analytical skills with proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform merchandising decisions and drive continuous improvement
-Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentabout the benefits.
