Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Security Manager to lead, implement, and oversee all aspects of safety and security across our property. The successful candidate will ensure the protection of guests, employees, and assets while upholding our commitment to providing a secure and welcoming environment.The ideal candidate will have a proven background in law enforcement or military service, exceptional leadership abilities, and strong communication skills in English.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Manage and lead the security team, including scheduling, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor surveillance systems, conduct regular safety patrols, and proactively address potential risks.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and guest inquiries, ensuring accurate reporting and timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend strategies to continuously enhance security measures.
  • Oversee compliance with fire safety protocols, emergency evacuation plans, and crisis management procedures.
  • Lead and document investigations into theft, misconduct, or other security breaches.
  • Provide ongoing security briefings and training to staff to strengthen overall safety awareness.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or professional police/military training.Experience: Minimum 8 years of security management experience, preferably with a police or military background.Certification: Valid Security Personnel Permit is required.Technical Competencies:
  • Crisis management and emergency response planning.
  • Incident reporting and investigative procedures.
  • Knowledge of local safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Language Requirement: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
