A family office-backed shipping company is seeking an IT System and Business Process Analyst (Logistics Focus) to lead the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for its technology operations across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves regular travel to site offices within APAC to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance in tech work-flows throughout the company's regional footprint. Job Responsibilities - Initiate the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistics/ shipping related business operational procedure and IT systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and internal compliance standards; - This role involves regular travel to site offices within APAC to make sure consistency, efficiency, and compliance in tech workflows throughout the company's regional footprint; - Collaborate with logistics end users and audits teams to integrate systems and automate workflows, enhancing operational efficiency and data accuracy; - Conduct regular system-based compliance reviews, leveraging data analytics tools to monitor accuracy, integrity, and adherence to regulatory requirements; - User Training & Technical Enablement, develop and deliver training programs for end-users, including system usage guides, process documentation, and troubleshooting materials; - Define and implement business operation and system-driven KPIs to track performance, compliance, and quality metrics across logistics operations; - Reporting & Insights, generate data-driven reports on system performance, compliance status, and improvement opportunities for senior management; - Continuous Improvement Initiatives, lead tech-enabled quality assurance and compliance improvement projects, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process automation.   • Proficient in developing and implementing SOPs for IT systems and operational workflows.
  • Skilled in using quality management tools, compliance software, and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
