Senior Product Development Specialist (Up to $36k, fashion bags design)

• Maintain and update the cross-functional tracking file to monitor project timelines, sample status, and deliverables.
• Coordinating with suppliers or factories and handling formatting, updating, and outsourcing.
• Handle material sourcing and maintain the physical and product samples
• Follow up with suppliers, tracking sample shipments, and organizing internal sample reviews.
• Brainstorming new ideas for implementing 3D modelling and AI tools or technologies to improve the development process.
• Act as a Coordinator to work with the design and sales admin team to ensure consistent communication and alignment with project requirements.

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Graphic/Fashion/Packaging Design or related discipline
• 4 years of related experience in bags/fashion product development design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
