- To carry out routine checks, minor repairs and maintenance on all school systems, including gardening, joinery, tiling, painting, basic engineering and builder's works
- To assist with issues related to outside hiring of the school's facilities
- To assist with moving furniture, equipment and other items
- To be responsible for carrying out daily work orders
- To liaise with and supervise external contractors on builder's and repair work arranged by the school and ESF office on-site
- Assist/monitor/evaluate maintenance contractors when carrying out their routine inspections
- Be responsible for identifying and taking necessary precautions if required on Health and Safety risks in the schools
- To help monitor the storage of tools, furniture and site equipment
- To perform facilities hiring administration works
- Perform other duties and accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed-upon objectives
Facilities ManagerMinimum typical education
Form 5 or aboveMinimum typical experience
3-5 years relevant experience
- Plumber's Licence
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A)
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is helpful
- Proactive and positive working attitude, result-oriented

- Able to multitask & work under pressure
