- Report directly to the COO and lead a team of 3 members
- Develop and execute strategies that align with both operational excellence and digital transformation objectives
- Lead the team in identifying and incorporating cutting-edge technologies to optimize processes, systems, and structures
- Oversee the continuous improvement of operational processes, including onboarding new business partners, implementing legal requirements, and maintaining SOPs
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to develop comprehensive training programs, ensuring employees are well-trained and knowledgeable about the latest operational practices and digital tools
- Take charge of cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and alignment with company goals
- Regularly evaluate the performance of operational processes and digital initiatives, leveraging data and analytics for informed decision-making and identifying areas for enhancement
- Serve as a vital liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Work closely with senior management to align departmental objectives with overall business goals
- Drive a culture of innovation as a change agent within the organization. Encourage and support the exploration of new ideas and technologies that can enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and company policies across all operational and digital transformation activities
- Degree holder in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 15 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in leadership position in the areas of Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis and Project Management
- Proven experience in operational management and digital transformation
- Knowledge of global supply chain processes. Strong willingness to learn and master business specific processes and tools
- Experience with data analytics, BI systems, and ability to create convincing narratives influencing different levels of the organization
- Experience in deploying, managing and developing ERP system would be an advantage
- Proven experience using Agile for product and business process development
- Excellent MS Office skills - Excel, Power Point, VBA
- Experience in programming languages, especially SQL, as well as Python, Java, PMP, Six Sigma or Scrum Master certification qualifications are preferred
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, blockchain and their application in a business context
- Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills to influence, prioritize or resolve differences with stakeholders on new strategies and technologies to be implemented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English, proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage
