- Solid retail manager experience, at least 5 years’ experience in retail operations and 2 years’ experience in managerial role
- Good time management, maintain store operations
- Strong ability to drive the business through creativity, extensive gifting items knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese, work independently and in a team environment
- Able to do shift work pattern, for store management
- Sales management: Plan, execute and drive action plans to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales and KPI targets
- Analysing sales reports, indicating key issues, making development plan
- Handle customer opinions and complaints in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction
- Product management:New product and visual merchandising at stores, annual sales plans of product
- Operation management:Identify manpower needs, manage and recruit new hires, scheduling shop assistants ensuring smooth store operation
