Hiring over 500 staff in both frontline and in the head office, Event Elite processes around 1000 events and projects every year including retails promotion, new product launch, business annual dinner and outdoor event management.RoleAssist in preparing proposals, project pitching and clients presentation as well as maintaining good clients relationships for recurring businessesHelp and enhance smooth events and functionsMaintain project Profit/Loss and be able to identify the potential risk for the projectsImprove customer satisfaction with our services consistentlyAble to manage and coordinate well with outsource parties and vendorsRequirementTertiary education graduated in any disciplines.1 – 3 years working experience. Experience in event marketing / advertising / PR agencies is definitely an advantageGood communication skills with analytical mindCan work independently and under pressureWilling to work overtime and weekendSelf-confident and a team playerGood command of spoken and written English and ChineseProficient with Powerpoint, Word and ExcelCandidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Event ExecutiveRemuneration:Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
