- Handle full set accounts
- Perform daily accounting functions including accounts receivable, account payable, petty cash, general ledger
- Responsible for data processing, data input and filling
- Handle month-end closing, bank and intercompany account reconciliation
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in accounting/clerical works
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English & Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC application, e.g. Microsoft Excel and Word
- Responsible, Well-organized, mature and self-motivated
- Immediate available is highly preferred
