Provide executive support on maintenance and improvement projects undertaking by various works.2. Assisting in monitoring performance of contractors and service providers.3. Providing technical support to project works in relation to the building works/building services matters.4. Assisting in monitoring the standard and quality of materials and workmanship of building works/building services against the contract requirements and other recognized standards.5. Liaise with parties concerned for the expedient provision of service.6. Co-ordinate with healthcare end-users and control of outsourced consultants and contractors to ensure quality services.7. Assist in maintaining site safety and occupational safety and health issues and site work correspondences.8. Prepare progress reports for hospital management.9. Assist in planning and monitoring projects including progress monitoring and cash flow management.10. Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).Entry Requirements:1. University Graduates with experience; OR2. F.5 / S.5 with(a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; OR(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:(i) Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; AND(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary Subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects.AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experiencePreferred Attributes / Exposure:1. Degree in Surveying, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related subject.2. Working Experience in healthcare setting, property management, building consultancy/ contracting.3.
