- Perform trouble shooting to identify root cause of problem reported by end user.
- Prepare test cases and test data to support user acceptance test.
- Perform regular system checking and result verification on production systems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation.
- Conduct unit test and system integration test.
- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of IT experiences, including 2 years of experiences in act in the role of Analyst Programmer role
- At least 2 years of IT experiences in the provision of off-the-shelf product support services.
- PowerBuilder or Java or VB/ASP system maintenance support experience is preferable.
- Experienced in handling government projects is highly preferable.
- Good team player, self-initiative and communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
