Coordinate logistics for talent events and activities, such as sharing sessions, engagement events & visits, recruitment fairs, offsite meeting etc.
Provide administrative support for various team projects and initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment activities and onboarding arrangements
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from Talent Pool Platform users via phone, email, and chat
Collaborate across teams to enhance the user experience of the talent pool platform.
Perform any other ad hoc assignments or projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant disciplines, higher diploma holder will also be considered.
Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience, candidate with customer service or technical support experience will have an added advantage
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proactive and fast learner, agile in learning and applying new methodologies and technologies
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediately available is highly preferred

Details:

Mon - Fri, 9am-6pm, Science Park
12 days Annual Leave, Medical Insurance, Gratuity
One year contract (renewable)
