- Responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing plans aimed at improving brand positioning, enhancing customer engagement and experience, and increasing sales revenue.
- Supervise and manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across different channels including digital marketing, social media, KOL management, and public relations.
- Develop marketing and promotion strategies to bolster the recruitment and retention program for the Company Apps Membership program.
- Utilize data analysis and consumer behavior research to drive CRM strategies, aiming to strengthen brand loyalty and generate incremental revenue.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage their resources and capabilities in support of marketing objectives.
