Hutchison Property Group Limited, a member of CK Asset Group, develops quality residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas. Our portfolio includes some of Hong Kong's largest private development projects and a number of landmark developments in Mainland China. We are looking for high calibre individuals for the following position:-
  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, Business or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years' relevant experience in leasing and tenancy administration of Grade A office properties in Hong Kong, preferably with PRC exposures
  • To assist in implementing leasing strategies, tenants liaison and tenancy administration of Hong Kong office properties
  • Self-motivated and dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
