- Manage and maintain the calendar, schedule, and appointment for the CEO
- Deliver seamless support to the CEO for both personal and business matters
- Support business development projects or campaigns from ideation to completion
- Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Finish ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in secretarial field
- Occasionally business travel is required for this position
- Detail-minded, corporate-presentable, with a can-do attitude is preferred
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
