We offer ample development and advancement opportunities to people with the drive, ambition and potential to succeed.OPERATIONS CONTROL OFFICEROPERATIONS CONTROL OFFICERThe candidate is expected to handle flight planning and operational control duties, and support the Commander to ensure safe, effective and efficient flight operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Assess all variable that affect safety of flight operations and produce flight plans in accordance with the Company policies and procedures
- Monitor flight progress and communicate as required with aircraft during flight
- Assign aircraft rotation and initiate appropriate action in response to flight disruption to achieve on-time-performance and meet maintenance requirements
- Track, monitor and adjust as required the crew duty roster to ensure legality and sufficient crewing resources
- Prepare and submit crew manifest and forms to governmental bodies and authorities, as required
- Arrange overflight clearance and regulatory permissions in line with the flight schedule
- Provide administrative supports to the management with tasks such as verifying invoices, collecting operational data, preparing reports and statistics and etc
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Post-secondary education in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year’s airlines or airport working experience is desirable but not essential
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is desirable
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess of Hong Kong Driving Licence Class 1/1A preferred but not essential
- Willingness to perform shift duties (includes weekends, public holidays and overnight) and ability to work under pressure
