- Proactively monitor the sufficiency of quality controls built-in to project processes;
- Assessing the quality of work done by a major third party supplier and countermeasure applied;
- Performing quality control activities to monitor project deliverables and verify that the deliverables are of acceptable quality and meet their stated requirements;
- Conducting quality assurance activities to ensure that project processes are used effectively to produce quality project deliverables; involving following and meeting standards, continuously improving project work, and correcting project defects;
- Improving project quality by regular review to ensure the project is implemented;
- Proactively monitor and review production quality to identify area for improvement;
- Proactively identifying and rectifying project weaknesses, and implement predictive performance measures;
- Proactive drive the major third party supplier to rectify all identified quality improvement findings per agreed timeline;
- Acting as point-of-contact for all matters relation to Quality Management on the assigned project area;
- Liaising with all-level internal and external parties to work, collect feedback and conduct assessment; and
- Performing all such duties, tasks and activities incidental to and necessary for the above.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Service/Technology, or other related disciplines;
- Ideally Six Sigma or similar certified;
- Minimum 8 years of relevant IT project and/or quality management experience, preferably in a financial services and/or public sector environment, and on retirement protection or business services related projects with significant technology components;
- Ideally experience in managing the quality of vendor work products to deliver a complex large-scale IT project or project elements;
- Strong in internal and external stakeholder management;
- Competent to provide on-going feedback to and support team members for development and alignment;
- Excellent organization and problem solving skills, and be able to work under pressure;
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; and
- Keen and willing to work in a start-up style environment with all the flexibility that requires and level of change involved.
