Our client is a well-established and renowned property developer which focusing on property investment project in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - Arch (residential project) for a large scale Hong Kong residential Project.Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor the new development and redevelopment projects and providing architectural input for the feasibility study and schematic design study.
- Identify and review the updated design trend for retail architecture and interior.
- Keep track on project's progress and cost control.
- Manage defects rectifications and improvement works of completed projects.
- Manage the consultant and contractor to meet with the group construction requirement.
- A bachelor's degree in architectural studies or related disciplines with at least 6 -10 years of residential project experience.
- 10+ years' experience in planning, design, and project management, of which 5 years must be post-qualification experience.
- Experience in commercial design, project monitoring, construction sequence and cost estimation
- Must be able to meet project deadline with good presentation and liaison skill with proven English and Chinese proficiency is also essential of the role.
