  • · work on a project related to silicon carbide
  • · Design experiments and studies for bipolar degradation of SiC devices
  • · coordinate data collection and analysis
  • · support the organization of dissemination events
  • · assist in the preparation of reports
  • · perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • a Ph.D. degree in Physics, Materials Sciences or Electronic Engineering
  • at least 1 year's relevant working experience (including PhD research experience) in semiconductor device fabrication and characterization.
  • an excellent command of written and spoken English
  • good interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • the ability to work on a tight schedule to meet project deadlines
  • the ability to work independently and in a team
  • self-motivated and responsible
What We OfferThe appointment will commence as soon as possible on a temporary basis until 30 June 2026. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
