
Senior Analyst, HR (People Analytics)

- Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures;
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within HR systems;
- Develop and enforce data standards and best practices;
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related discipline;
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience gained from sizable multinational organizations;
- Solid experience in HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors, Platinum, BIPO and HROne;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, BI tools, Tableau);
- Possess good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
