Key responsibilities include managing HR data, maintaining data integrity, and delivering actionable insights to enhance HR processes and inform decision-making.Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures;
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within HR systems;
  • Develop and enforce data standards and best practices;
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience gained from sizable multinational organizations;
  • Solid experience in HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors, Platinum, BIPO and HROne;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, BI tools, Tableau);
  • Possess good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
