- Follow up projects, with clients, suppliers, contractors, designers
- Check all the drawings in detail and modify defects accurately
- Handle full spectrum of documentations, records, email correspondences among clients and contractors precisely
- Report project status to management and related parties
- Check tender submissions, quotations, timeline and prepare analysis
- Handle full set of drawings and presentation
- Provide technical solutions to projects
- Site visit and follow up the progress of projects
- A minimum of 4 years solid experience in decoration and fitting-out projects, preferably in retail projects of luxury brands
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp is a must
- Knowledge of quantity surveying in interior projects is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- A good team player with positive and proactive attitude
- Self-motivated, well organized and hardworking
- Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
- To be able to manage clients and projects independently
