- Manages the workflow of the Records Management team, establishes priorities, assigns specific tasks, coordinates coverage during staff absences, and assesses requirements for overtime and training
- Manages records operations for designated departments and engaging with Records Management colleagues regarding organisational or local office directives
- Oversee staff management encompassing recruitment, training, performance assessments, attendance tracking, and the recommendation of disciplinary measures when required.
- A bachelor's degree that includes focused studies in fields such as records management, business law, administrative management, or information technology
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in records and data management, preferably in law firms or professional services firm
- Proficiency in records, document, or content management applications, including iManage or NetDocs Records Management, is essential.
- Certified Records Manager (CRM) or Information Governance Professional (IGP) certifications will be preferred
- Strong IT knowledge and skills
- Strong planning and organization skills with excellent communications skills
