No.: 318/SME/EDB/HKTDCThe appointee will support the Marketing Manager, HKTDC Exhibitions and Digital Business, to promote HKTDC advertising services with the major objective to generate sales leads.Major responsibilities:· Implement advertiser recruitment campaigns in China for promoting HKTDC’s integrated marketing solution including HKTDC’s sourcing platform (sourcing.hktdc.com) and HKTDC trade fairs· Liaise with business partners, multipliers, and vendors in Hong Kong and China to execute marketing campaigns and activities to build the critical mass of online suppliers· Assist in managing social media accounts, content, and campaign development, across various platforms including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, Xiao-e; monitoring WeCom account, also updating HKTDC’s various webpages· Consolidate and analyze monthly performance reports, provide constructive ideas to improve sales, engagement, and brand visibility· Research on industry trends and competitors’ activities to share market insights and explore upcoming opportunities· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, fair, and platform teams, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives· Assist in trade fairs in Hong Kong and organize webinars in China· Carry out administrative duties like handling customer enquiries and other ad hoc duties assignedRequirements:· University graduate with a minimum of 4 years’ solid working experience preferably with sizable organizations, in digital marketing, project management, and online marketing operations· Hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing, exposure to social media platforms in China is a plus· Strong attention to details with business sense, an analytical mind in understanding project requirements· Excellent command in written and verbal Chinese and English, preferably fluency in Putonghua· Proactive, well-organised and meticulous with the ability of multi-tasking and to work under pressure and tight project timeline· A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsRemuneration and Benefits:The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs.
