為配合公司急速發展，現誠聘以下職位：Requirement:
  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services / Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years (Sr. Engineering) / 3 years (Engineer) relevant engineering experiences in supervise project process, specializing in E&M/ Air-conditioning/ Ventilation Installations and Maintenance for new builds and A&A projects. (Candidates with less experience are also invited to apply for Assistant Engineer.)
  • Proficiency in Auto-CAD, MS Project and MS Office.
  • Good communication with all parties related to the project.
  • Strong financial acumen for monitoring Project income and expenditure
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized woth team-orientad approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details appare to the projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the overall management of the projects, ensure successful execution and completion.
  • Collaborating with the project team is imperative to ensure coordination of activities and facilitate efficient progress.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor the progress of works effectively. Address any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors or second-tier service providers to facilitate project completion.
  • Resolve ad hoc site issues and ensure effective coordination of the site.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that high standards are maintained throughout the project.
